Important Notes

  • Prices are before Private Health Insurance Rebate (via Hicaps) or EPC Medicare Rebate.

  • Session timings include admin.

  • “Third-Party” applies to Workers Comp, MAI, DVA, NDIS, etc.

  • ‘Review’ appointments are for injuries seen by Nick within the previous 3 months.

    • If not seen in >3 months, a 45-minute consult is required unless Nick pre-approves otherwise.

Initial Consults

  • Long Initial (60 min) – $240

    • For all new third-party consults.

    • Recommended for multiple areas or complex injury/pain conditions, 2nd opinion consults, and any consults requiring letter-writing or administration following.

  • Standard Initial (45 min) – $180

    • Suitable for most new injuries or pain.

    • Not available for third-party cases requiring initial assessment.

  • Short Initial (15 min) – $60

    • Only available with prior physio approval.

Review Consults

  • Long Review (45 min) – $180

    • For multiple areas of pain/injury or patients not seen in the last 3 months.

  • Standard Review (30 min) – $135

    • For injuries or pain that have been reviewed recently (within the last 3 months).

  • Quick Check (15 min) – $60

    • Short follow-up consult for patients reviewed within the last 12 weeks.

  • Strapping/Taping (5-10 min) – $30

    • For sports and exercise strapping/taping.

Includes Injury Management Program or Consult Summary via email after appointment as well as 24/7 access to Nick via email/phone for 3 months following consult.
